Refund policy

Digital downloads are final sale. Everything sold by Income Budget Planner is a digital file you can download right after checkout. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We'll replace your file or give you a full refund if: your file is damaged, won't open, or the fillable fields don't work in a standard PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader; you never received your download link, or the link doesn't work; or you were charged twice for the same item.

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at spookys449@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll usually send a working file first, and if that doesn't solve it, we'll refund you.
