FAQ

How do I get my planner?

Right after checkout you'll see a download link, and we'll also email it to you. There's nothing shipped; it's a digital file.

What app do I need to fill it in?

Any PDF app that supports forms. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and works on Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone and Android. Open the file, click a box and start typing. Remember to save your changes.

Does it work in a browser?

Some browsers can fill in PDF forms, but they don't always save your entries reliably. For the best experience, download the file and open it in a PDF app.

Can I print it instead?

Yes. It's sized for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). Print at 100% scale and write in the boxes with a pen.

Is it dated?

No. It's undated, so you can start in any month. Keep a clean copy of the original file and you can start fresh every year.

Who is it for?

Anyone whose pay changes from month to month: freelancers, gig workers, servers and bartenders living on tips, commission-based sales, and seasonal workers.

Does it do the math for me?

No. The boxes are for typing, so you add up totals yourself. That keeps it simple and makes it work the same on paper and on screen.

Can I get a refund?

Because it's a digital download, all sales are final. If your file won't open, the fields don't work, or your download link never arrived, contact us and we'll send a working file or refund you. See our refund policy for details.

Is this financial advice?

No. The planner is an organizing tool, not financial, tax or legal advice. For questions about taxes, talk to a tax professional.
